چکیده
Upper limb spasticity (ULS) is a common pathophysiological changes manifest by structural damage towards the central nervous system (CNS) that includes brain and spinal cord. The current clinical practice of assessment utilizes Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS) as subjective tool to measure severity spasticity. Lack objective value, poor sensitivity in detecting minimal changes, dependency interpretation assessing clinicians are several reasons inter intra-rater variability measurement using MAS. These limit use MAS diagnosing, treating, monitoring especially inexperienced clinicians, hence leading inadequate management. To overcome this problem, study carried out quantify develop data-driven model ULS detection based on characteristics detect existence according identified adopted train machine learning models for smart diagnosis purpose assist physicians effectively manage

Mechanical properties and dimensional stability of cement bonded particleboard from rice husk and sawdust
This study was conducted to evaluate the properties of cement bonded particleboard made from rice husk and sawdust. Sawdust and rice husk fine boards were made using two ratios of cement and particles of 70:30 and 80:20, but rice husk coarse was made with a ratio of cement and particle of 80:20. The density of sawdust and rice husk fine boards in a ratio of cement and particles of 70:30 was 960...
متن کاملInvestigation on mechanical properties of composite made of sawdust and high density polyethylene
In this research, the effect of wood species and particle size on mechanicalproperties of wood plastic composites (WPC) made of fir (Abies alba) and beech(Fagus orientalis L.) sawdust and high density polyethylene (HDPE) wereinvestigated. Wood plastic composite (WPC) were made with 30% HDPE in abatch process at 185˚C, at two particle sizes of 40 mesh and 80 mesh. Maleicanhydride polypropylene (...
متن کاملSynthesis of Si/MgO/Mg2SiO4 Composite from Rice Husk-Originated Nano-Silica
Silica exists in Rice husk, an agriculture waste, as a naturally occurring phase. In first step, acidic pre-treatment and calcination of the rice husk were performed to obtain nano-silica, in which various sizes of the nano-silica, totally with sizes under 80 nm, were achieved. Second, to reduce nano-silica to elemental Si and subsequently formation of the composite, Mg used as the reducing age...

متن کاملAdsorption of Ni(II) and Cd(II) from Aqueous Solutions Using Modified Rice Husk
Background and purpose: Recently, release of pollutants such as heavy metal ions to the environment becomes one of the most important problems for soil and water. The present study was conducted to introduce modified rice husk (RH) as a new low-cost adsorbent. Materials and Methods: In this study, tartaric acid modified RH (TARH), was used as an adsorbent for removal of Ni(II) and Cd(II) from w...
